Are you a parent looking to enroll your preteen/teens into an adventurous and safe environment that teaches responsibility, self-respect, job skills, team building and the importance of volunteering in the community? We have the solution for you! Wheeling YMCA will be offering an exciting club for our preteen/teens in the area. This program is designed for teens to have an adventurous and enjoyable summer and to socially interact with other children the same age. Campers will experience a summer filled with diverse activities in the form of sports, arts and crafts, swimming, community projects, mentoring programs and so much more. The program will also include a variety of scheduled activities including theme days/weeks, guest speakers and presentations, and field trips.

Program Information


Dates of Program: Tuesday, May 26 – Friday, August 14

Days: Monday-Friday

Grades: Children entering 7th-8th grade in the fall of 2020

Time of Program: 9am-4pm (scheduled activities)

Early Drop-off: 7:15am-9am

Late Pick-up: 4-5:30pm

*The YMCA will offer a Child Nutrition Program to campers. Campers will receive a FREE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH during the program days. There will be no additional cost for this service. The dates of this free service will be announced at a later date.
